Domus San Giovanni is a wonderful place in Locorotondo, served by even more wonderful young people! It is really a stone's throw from the Cathedral of Saint George, so you can feel the local atmosphere, especially in the evening! It offers breakfast in a neighboring cafe, where you can feel like at home. If you have a car, you can look for a parking space in the Piazza Antonio Mitrano area, it's very close - the spaces marked with a white stripe are free, and those with a blue stripe are paid. Do not park in the spaces marked with a yellow stripe - they are for locals. Special thanks to Maria Antoinetta and her colleagues - for the cleanliness, the good attitude and the fact that they are easy to communicate with. We recommend Domus without hesitation, it is an ideal base for day trips in Puglia during the day and for one of the nearby restaurants in the evening. We would be happy to come back!

A lovely authentic building in the middle of town. Great to be part of the community. Very well fitted out, everything we needed for our one night stay. The vaulted ceiling in our room was lovely, as was the balcony overlooking the busy street below. All charming.

The location and the standard of the room
We had to wait a long time outside the given address, which was actually not the correct address of the room, for a lady who could let us in and check in. It is very difficult to find parking since the zone is “for residents only”. We got fined when we were offloading the luggage!

clean.
washroom no countertop to put your belongings or products. had to put a towel inside sink to lay out makeup and etc.
also no desk in room which made it difficult to do computer related tasks.
would have appreciated some extra bottles of water and toilet paper. just basics even if charged a few extra euros.
stairwell to top floor difficult to bring our baggage’s.
