Very comfortable for our family of 4. Clean, modern, spacious. Liked the terrace, the private parking, the location: 5 min to harbour with many restaurants and bars, bakery, ice cream, 10 min to beach. Very good restaurant next to it. In the Kitchen salt, oil, sugar was also provided and everything to grill. Owner is flexible.
The big “bed” in the garden was not usable (damaged by UV), no shade above it. The grass is also not maintained, therefore we could not really use the garden ad expected. It was no major issue, we had nice time on the terrace.

Top Häuschen,war alles da was man braucht. Man war in 2 Minuten beim Bäcker und Strandpromenade. Eine Cocktail Bar in der Nähe und auch Restaurants nebenan,alle sehr höflich und nett.Alles ging reibungslos und unkompliziert mit dem Besitzer😊 Hatten eine schöne Zeit und können diese Unterkunft sehr gern weiterempfehlen.
Gibt nichts negatives!

Everything clean and relatively new. Ideal for families. Kamenjak and Pula is just really close to visit, otherwise you park the car in the garden, and leave it there for your stay.
A microwave oven would be handy.

Super clean, extremely good location, well equipped kitchen and comfy yard furniture. Heating worked really well. Absolutely loved it! Igor let us enter way before check in time!
