Das Apartment ist wirklich schön und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ausreichend Geschirr, einen großen Kühlschrank und Bügelbrett. Einen tollen Balkon mit Meerblick und privaten Parkplatz.
Die Lage ist sehr hoch und steil oberhalb von Crikvenica gelegen. Es war schon fast abenteuerlich mit dem Pkw die Steigung zu bewältigen. Zum Strand kann man laufen, würde ich aber in den Sommer Monaten nicht empfehlen. Es dauert länger als 30 min zu Fuß an die Promenade bzw. zu den Geschäften. Für Kleinkinder und ältere Personen empfehle ich diesen Aufstieg/abstieg leider nicht

Location is neatly placed on hill little bit higher from where and from terrace you can enjoy view at sea and down part of the city.
There are missing pedestrian sidewalks but this is city organizational problem. Be careful of coming cars, they know to drive insanely fast.
