Building is new. Apartment is clean.
If you come with car you must find a place in the neigborough - for the moment is OK - so it is not an issue. A few blocks distance the area is in construction ( new buildings).

high quality equipment and furniture clean and tidy fully equiped
construction noises from the cafe downstairs every morning. that should last a month or so though the bed was way too soft for me
