Pinewood Flat 5

View was great and the location of the place was very good. Easy to walk to beach and into the village. Place was what we needed. Whilst the outside was in need of some updating the inside was comfortable and was good value

The outside of the building a little run down

This property had a fantastic location and stunning views of the . There was parking for one car. The rooms were good sizes and there was plenty storage. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. We were very happy with the accommodation. The shower has a good part and was electric so permanent hot water.

The kitchen was a bit bizarre in the fact that it was right in the centre of the flat. The Wi-Fi was terrible, but I don’t understand why. The location was wonderful, but it’s one very steep hill to get to the flat.

Lovely spacious flat with amazing views out over the sea, spent most of our time sat looking out the window! Very comfortable bed too!

The toilet and shower rooms were very small, I don't know if it would be possible to combine them into 1 slightly bigger room at all?

Polzeath was beautiful but accomodation was tired and rough around the edges. The best thing was the clean linen and curtains. Very cold at night with the storage heaters it was warm in the day but very cold at night.

Firstly we couldn't find the accomodation the sign was not really visible from the road and there were letters missing on the sign, then we couldn't find the flat because a van was covering the number plate, the stairs were a struggle to carry our belongings, then it was very hilly to walk down and back up from the shops. The microwave was rusty inside, the pans were nonstick but all scrapped off, the radiators in toilet and shower had seen better days. There were no instructions where the bin store was and a key that was needed for the bin store, we were given a code for a water meter there was no instruction where the meter was located but luckily the water was on?
