Location and staff support
Our room door shaked every time someone opened their door, when people talk in the hallway its like they are in the room with us and that was noisy at night specially that some one had a family issue and I had to listen to the unwanted entertainment finally breakfast was limited but ok for the price paid

There was not enough light in the bathroom, no mirror for the make up, very basic hairdryer.
The coffee was very basic, no espresso included in the breakfast.
