The room is nice,although a bit small for a deluxe category. However, we slept well as it was very quiet. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable also the food. Thank you

My +1 had to wait a long time even though he had the confirmation number and was able to pay the deposit fee. I was unexpectedly on duty and busy that day, so I needed to update the reservation details under his name so he could be accepted. We understand the policy; however, this situation should be reviewed and amended to help avoid such long waiting times in the future. Thank you

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Sandra, Maria, and Mechel at the reception. They were all very welcoming, professional, and helpful during my stay. Sandra always greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude, while Maria and Mechel were equally friendly and attentive. Their excellent customer service made me feel valued and at home. There was not enough light in the bathroom, no mirror for the make up, very basic hairdryer. The coffee was very basic, no espresso included in the breakfast.
