The property was very clean, I loved that! It was quite so one can rest during the day or night. The agent in charge of our apartment was very friendly, explained everything with details and was quick to response.
The only thing was that there’s nobody at the reception desk in case you have a quick question, but probably that’s the way things are run now in the digital world. Also it would be nice if the business would offer the Tessin tourist card for visitors. One last thing, my teen boys saw that there was a ping-pong table and a football table but didn’t know where to find the balls to play with. They would have love to play with them but I also can imagine the balls may fall in the lake when they jump.

the Facility is Perfect die a summer holiday with small kids because of the outdoor options: the pool, direct lake Access and beautiful surroundings
the rooms were only separated by a thin wall where the top was an open window. difficult to stay up with a small kid sleeping. then again in summer there is a balcony.

Everything was perfect, the location, the apartment, the host, everything. For sure if we come back to Bissone we will return to this apartment.
