staff was exceptionally warm, attentive, caring ,highly competent and professional . The food was excellent ….thoughtfully curated . The daily schedule is well planned, keeping you engaged from morning to evening with yoga, meditation, and therapies. Although the beach is about 450 meters away, the serene ambience of the property make up for it. A wonderful place for a complete mind-body reset. It’s Very well managed . High repeat value.

The first thing that comes to mind is the kindness and care of the staff. They were so helpful and helped me enjoy my stay. I loved the morning and evening yoga sessions. It was a major source of my enjoyment there. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Midweek they were served and on the weekend was a large buffet. The environment is pleasing, located on a lake with the yoga hall at the end. I experienced the festival of Diwali while I was there. Massages are pleasant and convenient, located right there. The lovely beach is about a 10 minute walk away. I went there every day. You can enjoy the famous “beach shacks” there. I wished that I had stayed longer at Veda5. Perhaps I will return to another of their facilities.

I had no problem with the facility. The traffic in Goa is often congested, making it hard to get to other sites. So sightseeing can take time.
