A big advantage was an air conditioning in the room, also the small fridge and cooker (it is a pity it is an electric one). Guests can use the swimming pool near to the residence. Bed was very comfortable and distance to the beach is good - about 20 min by foot (however you need to climb a bit :) ) and there is a super-tasty bakery ( boulangerie ) near to the residence!!! also, the staff is very helpful and nice!
It is a pity that residence closes the door about 7pm and when you come back later, you need to ring (it could be better to have a badge to open the door yourself).
