We had a two-week stay in this peaceful and green environment, just a short drive from a beautiful lake – perfect for swimming and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the veranda was a great place to unwind in the evenings. The area is quiet and ideal for exploring southern Sweden with kids. Just keep in mind that everything is a bit of a drive – for example, the nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away.
The house is quite dated and could really use a renovation. Much of the furniture and interior felt old and worn, and the place felt musty when we arrived. The route description provided was unclear, which made it tricky to find the house at first. At the end of our stay, the host said the house wasn’t clean enough, even though we had left it in a better state than we found it – likely due to using our own (cleaner) cloths. This was a disappointing note to end on.
