La posizione, la simpatia e cordialità dell host Fabio, la comodità di materasso e cuscini, la pulizia, la tolleranza per l'orario di check-out.
L appartamento a mezzanino tra il 2º e il 3º piano in palazzo senza ascensore presenta diversi problemi: alcuni risolvibili facilmente (strofinaccio in cucina, ganci per asciugamani vicino alla doccia, paraspifferi per gli stipiti, tappeto doccia idoneo, più pattumiere dato il calendario dei rifiuti), altri richiedono interventi più o meno invasivi (introduzione del bidet, boiler più grande, cappa autoestinguente in cucina, capire come risolvere il cigolio continuo ad ogni movimento sul letto).
