Comfortable stay in a nice apartment close to nearby beaches.

Very friendly and helpful host. Spacious apartment. Washing machine available for use downstairs.

No curtain / blind on the 2nd room roof window which means children were woken by the first morning light. Parking is not actually on site but a 3 min walk away.

Loads of stairs - it's a loft apartment. One of the rooms have a skylight so gets really hot and bright light first thing in the morning. Location is quite a distance to town. No parking

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in Rovinj Urlaub machen!

Das Appartement ist sehr neu, groß genug für eine Familie und hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung. Besonders hat uns die Dachterasse gefallen! Aber auch die Kinder hatten einen kleinen Balkon dabei. Es liegt im 3.Stock ohne Lift, aber das wußten wir schon im vorhinein also ist das kein Kritikpunkt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bei Fragen erreichbar.

Für uns gab es keine Kritikpunkte!

Świetny pobyt

Apartament przestronny, czysty. Duży taras z leżakami i zestawem stół + stołki + parasol. Z jednej sypialni wyjście na balkon (stolik plus stołki). Sporo miejsca na ubrania to dla nas był duży plus (co niestety nie jest takie oczywiste w niektórych mieszkaniach). Na wyposażeniu nie było żelazka (w opisie na booking było) , ale to też nie okazało się wielkim problemem ponieważ po wiadomości do właściciela od razu dostałam żelazko oraz deskę 🙂. Spokojna okolica. Rovinj - Stare Miasto okazał się przepiękny. Szkoda tylko że restauracje i sklepiki są tak wcześnie zamykane (myślę że w sezonie dłużej). W pobliżu apartamentu kilka plaż na które można podjechać samochodem (bezpłatny parking) lub dojść pieszo (około 10 minut). Polecam serdecznie

Wspaniałe rodzinne wakacje.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży i do centrum miasta. Wspaniały, miły i bardzo pomocny gospodarz, który wszystko co nam było potrzebne załatwiał w krótkim czasie. Wskazał nam dużo fajnych miejsc do zobaczenia i odwiedzenia w okolicy. Pokój zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami - wysoki standard, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba, "+" za ekspres do kawy. Polecam gorąco ten obiekt 10+/10

Vše pěkné, moderní, internet funkční, Netflix. Dobrá lokalita.

Problém s parkováním, úzké parkoviště, pouze 4 parkovací místa a apartmánu je více. Kdo nemá místo musí chodit na veřejné parkoviště cca 100 - 200 metru daleko. Kávovar na kapsle Tassimo, které se nedají sehnat..

Fühlten uns sehr wohl, kommen gern wieder.

Sehr moderne komfortable schön ausgestattete Dachwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Terrassen. Alles da, was man braucht. Parkplätze in der Umgebung, kurzer Weg zur schönen Cuvi Bucht im Süden von Rovinj, konnten bereits schwimmen zu Pfingsten 24. Dort gibt es eine nette Bar, tolle Liegestühle, Kiesstrand, geht im Wasser gleich in Sand über. Zu Fuß nach Rovinj Altstadt brauchten wir ca. 25 Minuten, war auch leicht zu machen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sogar zu später Stunde noch erreichbar.

Ostern in Rovinj ... Gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll, sauber, fast alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter sehr nett. Die Nähe zum Strand ist auch super ... Ca 10 min zu Fuß duch einen wunderschönen Wald, der Strand bzw die Strände sehr sauber ... Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Fällt mir wirklich nichts ein ... Es war recht kalt im Appartment, aber das war der Jahreszeit geschuldet, aber über die Klimaanlage kann man auch heizen und zusätzlich gibt es auch noch Kuscheldecken ...

Rundum zufrieden

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Hilfe stand er sofort bereit. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Liegt etwas erhöht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Eine Bäckerei in der Nähe wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, fürs Frühstück. Aber der nächste Discounter war in 10-15 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto zu kompliziert.... überall Einbahnstraße...

sehr schönes Apartment, alles da, sauber, geräumig, Terrasse toll, mann vor ort ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und nett!!!! rovinj sehenswert! sehr gerne wieder!!!!!

könnt jz gar nix sagen. in die stadt braucht man ca 20 schnelle fussminuten, 3. stock ohne lift, parkplatz in der umgebung... also nix, was man nicht schon weiss.
