Excellent location, great pool, but service could be improved upon

The welcome was great and the location was excellent: in the middle of the wineyards, all quiet and private. Two extra guests for a few days were not a problem (as we stayed under the 6 person maximum). The private swimming pool is absolutely great (7 by 15 meters) and so is the outside of the house, with barbecue/grill, music.

The house was not very clean (which we did upon arrival) and also the swimming pool was not cleaned once a week as indicated (but good enough to swim). For the price paid per night, it was also a bit of a disappointment to find out that we had to arrange all small amenities ourselves (apart from a small welcome stock) - like washing tablets, washing up liquid, toilet paper. The gate to enter the wineyard had to be opened and closed manually with a chain-lock that meant getting out of the car each time, which was difficult given the knee problems we have. There was also no flexibility to leave 15-30 minutes later (due to circumstances).

Week end à Cogolin

La villa et le lieu sont magnifiques. Séjour au calme et tres ressourçant entre amis. La maison est bien équipée, à quelques minutes du centre en voiture. Nous avons très bien ete accueilli par Aurélie la propriétaire. Je recommande à 200%

Wat een heerlijk groot zwembad! Ook de locatie van de accommodatie tussen de wijnvelden is heerlijk. Als je rust zoek zit je hier heerlijk. Maar ook als je lekker gezellig wilt zwemmen met muziek op is dat mogelijk door een goed geluidssysteem! De accommodatie zelf voldoet aan alles wat nodig is. Elke kamer een smart-tv voor o.a. Netflix etc. De wifi was voor ons met drie tieners ook zeer goed.

Super Séjour ;) presque Parfait. A la prochaine.

La villa est superbe, contemporaine, bien équipée, superbe piscine dommage pas en service lors de notre séjour. Villa très propre. Serviette en place, il manquait cependant du savon et du shampoing dans les salles de bain ce qui est dommage aussi. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le cadre est réellement dépaysant.

Alleinlage, Auto unbedingt erforderlich, zentrale Lage wenige km von St. Tropez, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

billigstes Mobiliar, teilweise kaputt, zu wenig Sitzgelegenheit für 6 Personen innen, leider war das Haus im Dezember nicht vorgeheizt, die Klimaanlage benötigte eineinhalb Tage um das völlig ausgekühlte Gebäude erträglich zu machen, leider keinerlei Hilfe durch die Vermieterin, wir haben nach extra Decken gefragt, die gibt es nicht. Wir schlafen also in Fleece Jacken. Völlig indiskutabel. Sauberkeit ist auch eher so na ja: den Außenbereich haben wir im Winter nicht genutzt. Der Grill strotze vor Fett, vermutlich aus der zurückliegenden Grillsaison, auch hier defektes Mobiliar der Außenküche. In der Küche fand sich schmutziges Geschirr mit Kaffeeresten, benutzes Besteck mit Nudelresten daran. Versifftes Sieb in der Spüle, Spülmaschine, Ofen sind vorhanden und funktionieren tadellos. Leider auch sehr spärliche Ausstattung mit Besteck: ab der dritten Person soll man wohl Plastikbesteck benutzen? töpfe, Pfannen ohne passende Deckel, die Küchentüren hängen schief, alles klemmt und schabt aneinander, aber hey, sehr hübsch grifflos alles... Im Bad finden sich schicke Armaturen, leider äußerst wackelig, abblätternde Farbe an Schläuchen und Griffen, roter schmieriger Schmutz in den Fugen. Der Staubsauger wurde uns mit vollem Schmutzbehälter zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach gut 12 stündiger Anreise mit 3 Kindern und 2 Hunden möchte man nachdem man die Adresse endlich gefunden hat auch nicht per Whatsapp begrüßt werden, mit der Bitte sich etwa eine Stunde später nochmal zu melden...?

Der Pool ist wunderbar. Das ganze Anwesen liegt mitten in den Weinbergen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sehr neu. Es wird eigner Wein angeboten.

Teilweise sind Möbel beschädigt und es gab zu wenig Besteck, was wir bei den Eigentümern angefragt haben und bekommen haben.
