Beautiful quiet retreat

The location and the view from the balcony is wonderfull. A small quiet village at 1550 mtr altitude. The host, Astrid, met us at arriving and was very nice in presenting the apartment (fully equipped), the surroundings and things to do. Clean, spacious apartment, furniture in local traditional style, but very comfy.

There is nothing to complain about this accomodation. Only one suggestion. It would be helpfull to have sepparate electric switch in the bathroom: for light and for fan.

Wonderful week in the beautiful village of Niederthai!

We had a wonderful week in Niederthai! We had the apartment upstairs with a nice balcony at the front. Very practical and excellent for 4 people. Niederthai is beautifully situated on a plateau above Umhausen. Within 10 minutes at the supermarket and from Umhausen 20 minutes to Solden. The plateau of Niederthai is suitable for cross-country skiing and the village itself is wonderfully quiet. Although we were late in the season, it was still really winter in the village with children's ski classes and the occasional cross-country skier. We had a lovely walk through the village and super skiing in Solden. Astrid and Alexander are very friendly and helpful and always available. We will definitely be back and maybe for cross-country skiing! To be repeated!!

Perfect stay for holiday’s

We found everything that we needed. Owner speaks English, parking space near the house, heaters for shoes, fully equipped kitchen. It would be pleasure to come back 😊

Mooi en comfortabel appartement

Mooie ligging in mooi dorp. Elke dag verse broodjes bestellen via eigenaresse. Groot balkon met mooi uitzicht.

Bedden erg hard, maar das kwestie van smaak. Klein zitgedeelte. Met twee personen geen probleem maar met zn vieren misschien wat krap.

Es war ruhige, entschleunigte Zeit und eine familiäre Atmosphäre mit einer sehr sympathischen fröhlichen Gastgeberin.

Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und fühlten uns willkommen. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Kompakte Küche und angenehme Schlafräume. Toller Blick mit Balkon zum FernSehen, NAH bei sich sein und zum Sterne zählen.

Unsere Urlaubszeit war zu kurz. Wir wären gerne länger in der „Bergzeit“ geblieben.
