Lokalizacja wyjątkowa, okna i balkon od południowej strony zapewniało światło słoneczne przez cały dzień. Ponadto, z pokoju widok otwiera się na panoramę masywu Tatr, obejmując jego czoło od Tatr Słowackich do Tatr Polskich.

Czystość w pokoju, dogodna lokalizacja, 5 minut od stoku Rusin Ski, dużo miejsc parkingowych, piękny widok na panoramę Tatr. Dodatkowo właścicielka osobiście przygotowuje śniadania i obiady na zamówienie. Wszystko pyszne i świerze. Bardzo dobre zaplecze dla dzieci i młodzieży. Osobny pokój zapaw dla dzieci małych, osobny dla dzieci starszych w wieku 8+ lat (stół do pink ponga, cymber gay, piłkazyki). Duża narciarnia, z sprzętem do suszenia butów i ubrań.
