Lage sehr gut, Abstellmöglichkeit Auto sehr gut, Sauna im Keller sehr angenehm, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, Sehr großer Balkon vorhanden.
keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ( nur Kapselautomat ), Geschirr durch Geschirrspülmaschine nicht appetitlich, musste vor dem Benutzen abgewaschen werden, wenig Reinigungsmittel vorhanden, Toasteraufsatz fehlte

Nieuw, schoon, vaatwasser, wasmachine, fijne bedden, ruim, ligging, het feit dat er van alles aanwezig was zoals wasmiddel, afwasspullen, vaatwastabletten etc. Echt heel netjes. Daarnaast verliep het contact met de accommodatie vlot en fijn.
Het is een stukje lopen naar de ski lift (10 min) of de bus stopt voor de deur, of je rijdt gewoon met de auto erheen (3 min) en bij de ski lift is er voldoende plaats om gratis te parkeren.
Niets.
Als ik dan toch iets moet opnoemen mogen sommige kapen minder fel. Bv om ‘s avonds in bed te lezen.

We had an amazing stay at M1 Mountain Living and would absolutely come back for our next ski holiday!
The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We especially loved the cozy fireplace and the lovely bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.
The location is great: just 2 minutes by car or about a 15-minute walk to the pistes. There’s also a convenient shuttle bus that stops right in front of the property, which makes everything even easier.
We also really enjoyed using the sauna on the -1 level — such a treat after skiing!
We had a small issue with the child lock on the cooking plate, but WeRent was extremely quick to respond and very kind and helpful in solving the problem.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return!

Das Appartement ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Großes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.
In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt.
Wir waren im Appartement mit Garten. Vom Bett aus kann man in den Garten und auf die Berge schauen.
Fußläufig ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Rauris.
Zu laut durch andere Urlaubsgäste.
Schmutz auf der Terasse.
Eine Liege fehlte.
