Super modern, top ausgestattet! Saunanutzung und Waschmaschine inklusive. Wir hatten noch nie so eine tolle Wohnung für so einen Preis.

Sauberes und geräumiges Apartment. Schöne Sauna im Keller (leider kein Ruheraum). Trotz ruhiger Lage kurze Wege in den Ort und zum Skigebiet (ca. 1 km). Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

The bed was large and comfortable with nice pillows. Plenty of storage in the bedroom. Good shower. The surrounding area in and around Rauris is really beautiful. We were there the first week in May and had lovely sunshine for most of the week and the glacier was still open for skiing.

We found the apartment very dark, no natural light in the hall or bathroom, and the natural light in the kitchen/breakfast/sitting room and the bedroom was limited by large, very dark grey curtains. We missed having a toaster and only found one in the back of a cupboard just before we left. Disappointed there was only 1 sun chair, we requested a second one prior to our arrival but there was only 1 provided which was a shame as the weather was so good and we had purposely booked one of the ground floor apartments with a garden. We didn't meet the hosts, the key was left in a keysafe. Points to note - the washing machine and tumble dryer (and sauna) are all communal to the building of 5 or 6 apartments. There were a lot of flies and farmyard smells from farm animals kept in the surrounding properties, probably not a problem in the winter months but not so good in warm weather!
