Very nice accommodation, with perfect view to the marine. Balcony with many plants and flowers for a good chill! Nice host and we had very good communication.

The apartment is great, situated in a very cozy village, close to 4 local taverns (100-200m away). It has all the needed amenities and is very clean and spacious. A bottle of wine and local sweets greated us on the table :) There is air-conditioning in all rooms, which was life-saving for our stay in Lefkada in July. The garden is beautiful, very well maintained and adds up to the whole overall experience + the view from it is amazing. Our dog also loved the fresh grass after a whole day on the sandy beach. Last, but not least - the host is an extremely kind women, who helped us a lot with some recommendations. She also runs the cutest coffee bar near Desimi beach with the best waffles and pancakes!

The object is located on the ground floor which gives you access to a large area with a table to dine in. Generally it lloks better than in the photos which was our first impression. It is located in a great spot. 5 min from a beautiful Desimi beach. A 2 min walking distance from two Tavernas where you eat on the jetty. 15 min car distance from Nidri where you can choose from an infinite number of tavernas, rent a boat or embark on a daily cruise. 5 min car dist to a supermarket. Wifi was a nice surprise. Low upload (up to 0,5Mbps) but overall worked well. The hosts were just like all the Greeks - very hospitable, which makes you love them!

Perhaps the air conditioning could be a bit more efficient (it works well in the living room but takes ages to cool down the sleeping rooms). I would also install a standing lamp in the corner of the living room and take care of the grounds outside one of the two sleeping rooms as now the view Is not encouraging.
