Schöne Villa, gute Lage in der Nähe zum Supermarkt und Strand. Temperatur im Souterrain angenehm, Klimaanlage hat auch gute Dienste geleistet. Überdachter Sitzbereich vor dem Eingang war angenehm.
Bei der Küchenausstattung wären kleine Schüsseln hilfreich (zb für Müsli). Leider keine Liegestühle in unserem Apartment vorhanden. Und leider hat man die Mieter oberhalb gut durchgehört, da im oberen Stock der scheinbar alte Parkettboden gut schwingt und quietscht :).

Zentrale Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz, großer Garten, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit. Durch die Lage im Souterrain ist es jederzeit schön kühl, Klimaanlage wurde gar nicht benötigt.
Backofen und Kaffeemaschine fehlen. Es ist sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt in der Etage darüber. Das Bad ist ziemlich verbaut, die Türe schleift über den Boden. Halterung für den Duschvorhang ist defekt, Waschbecken ist zu klein.
