Good location, good communication. No problems, nice appartment. Very close to a train station, metro stations, within walking distance to Notre Dame.

The shower is definitely difficult. I was able to manage it, but if I were larger or much older, it probably wouldn’t have been doable. Also, two of the tenants in the building would slam their doors shut at all hours.

I recently stayed at this apartment with a friend and the apartment felt quite small for two people. The bathroom setup in particular was challenging: the toilet is in a very tight space, making it difficult to close the door comfortably, which limits privacy. The shower cubicle is also quite narrow, and the water temperature was difficult to control. We also noticed that some kitchenware hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival (for example, the strainer), and some items, like the frying pan, showed signs of heavy use. We paid €652.23 for 4 nights, and while we understand that Paris is an expensive city, the overall comfort and condition of the apartment didn’t quite match the price. It may be a practical option for solo travelers or short stays, but for two people looking for more space and comfort, it might not be the best fit.
