Design Villa Nicol - Heated Pool - Summer kitchen

Everything was spotless, clean, spacious , brand new . Very thoughtful having everything available . We were a family of 4 - 2 young kids and we thoroughly enjoyed it ! Would come back

Nothing . Everything was really good , clean , communication with the property owners was clear and helpful.

The place was very well situated with a gorgeous view on Heraklion. The guest was prompt to help in anyway but we didn't need im much as all was very well.

The only thing to be improve would be the bathroom, as water flows out of shower recinct and invade a big part of it. No other defects were found.

I am writing this review for two people Since I made the booking, Giorgios has been more than responsive to all the questions I had. He helped us with instructions on how to reach the villa. I’m sorry he received a low rating regarding the location – I think it’s fair that when you make a booking, you do proper research to see where the villa is located (obviously, you need a car and good driving skills). In terms of location, it’s very close to taverns, medical centers, pharmacies, the beach, and a supermarket (maximum 10–15 minutes, or even quicker). Being on a hill gives you a wonderful view that you can never get bored of! Fabulous and very relaxing – unfortunately, photos cannot truly capture how beautiful it is. It provides the privacy and tranquility you need. Regarding the pool – there is the option to request it heated, which is absolutely fantastic when the sea is rough or if you simply want to relax in the villa and swim until late at night. The cleanliness was exceptional. In the kitchen, you have pots and everything you need to prepare something if you don’t want to go out. The sofas and beds are very comfortable

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist top, sehr gute Klimaanlage. Sehr abgeschieden und ruhig. Auto unbedingt notwendig. Poolbereich sehr schön, leider von der Straße einsehbar.

Ein großes Manko ist die Dusche. Durch das fehlende Gefälle rinnt das Wasser durch das gesamte Bad. Bei jedem duschen mühsames aufwischen. Mit dem heutigen Wissen würde ich die Villa um diesen Betrag nicht mehr mieten.
