Perfectly located just above the town of Capoliveri. A fantastic view over the surrounding countryside. A wonderful place for a peaceful yet active vacation.
The steep driveway could be a bit challenging for less confident drivers.

Dorf nahe (aber steil und ohne Trottoir auf dem Weg)
Wohnung war sehr ringhörig. Man hat alles von der oberen Wohnung gehört. Stühle verschieben, Teller abwaschen, reden, jeden morgen um 7 Uhr Husten und Ausspucken im Badezimmer.
Pfannen kaputt und schmutzig
Bad zwar sauber, aber Fugen der Dusche bereits verschimmelt, obwohl Wohnung noch nicht alt. Lüftung im Bad nicht effizient.
Licht im Wohnzimmer mangelhaft. Über dem Tisch eher dunkel und über dem Spühlbecken fehlt ein Licht. Abwasch ist schwierig.
Fenster im Schlafzimmer in einem Schacht unter der Erde. Richtig Lüften ist schwierig und keine Vorhänge oder Storen, um dunkel zu machen.
Sofa sehr unbequem
Kissen und Matratzen sehr hart

The apartment is new, clean and modern. The main bedroom is really spacious with more than enough storage spaces and comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is smaller, more or less intended for children. Dinning room / kitchen/ living room is aesthetically furnished with all necessary equipment. There's another sheltered dinning area outside with breathtaking mountain view.
Very comfortable for family of four. I also have to mention owner's engagement and attitude which is an excellent example how to do the job with passion.
