What a wonderful place to stay !

This is really a wonderful place. This unique setup, overlooking an Olive plantation, is just perfect. Very recent construction, everything in it is clean and brand new. There is a wonderful terrasse on the roof, the pool is perfect. We got there early enough to catch the sunset in the mountains.

I can’t find anything! Actually I didn’t like the fact that we only booked one night ! Not enough time to enjoy the place!!

Lovely appartment located between the city and the airport. Ideal for a short or a longer stay. Good equiped and very quiet. Private parking in front of the building

Lovely relaxing end to our holiday.

The location was perfect for the airport & for exploring around Zadar. Slightly outside the city centre but buses nearby so that wouldn’t be an issue and it’s in a quiet residential area.

Good value and comfy . Just a few things to fix for the owner

It was warm and comfortable beds. The view is nice.

There was no proper curtain to block the sun in the morning and it comes right to the bed. So disturbing. I saw a bunch of body hair and shaved beard on the bathroom floor.

Some other guests were not respecting the fact that after 11 PM you should be more quiet in the complex. The kitchen could be foreseen by more stuff e.g plates,... Could be a good improvement of having some information about activities or locations to visit in Croatia available in the complex or in the apartments

Everything :) apartment is clean, pool is cool - especially night swimming when we had 35 degrees almost all the time. Apartments are well equipped both in the kitchen and bathroom. The only thing I was unhappy with are machines which are installed on an outside wall. In apartment Nr 4 in main bedroom where machines are installed is very loud, I couldn’t sleep but maybe for another guest it will be no problem :), otherwise everything is awesome :)

5* stay!

The apartment was a fantastic base for exploring this end of Croatia. And further(with a car). A little far to walk to restaurants and shops however we hired a car, so this was no issue to us. A couple of days/evenings we got an Uber into town which cost around 7 euros. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road(we did not use this, however I am sure it would be of great benefit if you do not have a car). The apartment was modern and extremely clean throughout including hallways, the pool and the roof terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The self catering kitchen had all that was needed. The view from the balcony was fantastic, over looking the sea onto The island of Precko and other islands. The roof terrace was great for watching the sunset in the evenings. All in all, this was a great stay and would highly recommend. The host was contactable through booking message and replied within reasonable time.

My family and I had an amazing time, the pool was a big plus for the kids. Property is about 5km from main attractions,

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was very lovely and helpful, though the language barrier was a bit of an issue sometimes.Lovely pool and just perfect for families. Will highly recommend and visit again

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that when you messaged the manager of the property, he or she could not be bothered to respond at all or took a couple of days to get back to you. This is the only thing I’ll advice people to be mindful of.

Perfect Appartment

The apartment was modern and well equipped. The beds were extremely confortable and the flat had air conditioning on all rooms. The apartment has a heated swimming pool and a terrace with an amazing view if you wish to relax.. The staff is always around if you need anything. The flat is situated in a quiet area, a 20m walk to supermarkets and just down the road you can find the near bar/coffee place. It is less than 10m drive from the center of Zadar.

New very well finished apartment. Good size with full kitchen. Bathroom a decent size ang quality fittings. All very clean Lovely views over sea, mountains and towards Zadar town. Small supermarket 10 yards an bus to Zadar outside the apartment.. Small bar/snacks a couple of hundreds metres Very easy to drive/ taxi from airport Best to hire a car. Great for exploring the region.

The apartment is a bus ride £1.5 ish, or taxi £5 - £10 depending on time, from Zadar Not a problem but for information
