Great location and helpful host

The apartment was in a great location, perfect for the purpose of our trip. Easy to find and in a safe area.

The only downside was that a few things were missing from the apartment, mostly kitchen items, but the host was very kind and provided them. In fact, since we’ll be coming back, they even asked what else we might need so they can prepare everything for next time.

Not a two bedroom apartment!

Good location, in a quiet area, within walking distance to the city center. The kitchen is well equipped.

Unfair description. It's listed as a 2 bedroom apartment, but it's NOT. It's a one bedroom, with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. The duvets are not clean. Shower hose broken. Laundry washer but no socket :))

Smell like from 1970's flat, and the bed was squeaking, so I woke up every time I moved a bit. BUT about the washing machine - there is no electricity in the bathroom and you must solve a quest, where to plug it. Wire can barely reach the socket outside bathroom, but then the doors must be open :)) and also, if you wash some clothes, you won't have anywere to dry them :)) Surely, this flat was rented out by a man (as my wife said), as the kitchen was equipped so strangely. There was only a killer's knife and few spoons (no forks). Also there was a gas kitchen-top, BUT there was no lighter and noone from my family smokes :)) so in the morning we unpacked eggs and packed them back and had snacks instead of decent breakfast. Well, it was not terrible, but we were surprised on almost every step :)

The flat is located on the 3rd floor. This information must be given on your website. An old person cannot reach it easily without a lift. You are NOT honest not saying this information that the flat is on the third floor.

Not so good as expected

The apartment was ok. Nice furniture and the interior was designed pretty nice. Also there was enough space.

The place was very dirty (a lot of groomed hair everywhere). The floor was full of step stains and dirt. Also, the place I booked was not the place I had to stay in (they double booked the apartment, and gave me another one way further)

The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with a lot of trees, the location is near the old center so you can easily walk around.

Definitely they should improve the cleaning, the cleaning is 4 out of 10. We found only a superficial cleaning, footprints on the floor, dust in the closet and in the bathroom the washing machine was dirty. Also the pair of underwear that was mentioned by the previous guest was still behind the washing machine. I thought that they will clean better after the rewiev left by the previous guest, but I was wrong. Also it was very difficult to find a parking place in the area. It will be useful if they put the number of the apartment on the door. There are two apartments doors on the left, both without numbering.

Pleasant

The location and how fast one gets to the center and Unirii Square. The kitchen was well stocked and had all needed. The proximity of the river Bega and the running tracks there. Proximity of the taxi station, shops and fresh fruit & vegetable market if needed.

A bit strange to find the building in the evening/night. The door can be marked whit the flats nr so one knows (two doors on the same side) which one to pick. Lots of storage (quite new and empty) but two coat hangers. All the storages were dusty and the ones I used I had to clean up. In the bathroom no curtains at the tub so by showering the floor was all wet. No bath mat and that made it slippery and cold. Under the sink and in the washing machine remains of woman's tampons. Behind the washing machine socks or underwear. All around the bathroom dirty cleaning cloths and sponges. The solid soap left in the bathroom was already usedand the liquid container was empty. If using thw washing machine one has to jump over the cable that hangs in the air, at 75-100cm,to reach the socket. Had to clean also the fridge to use it. Still construction materia around the flat.
