Close to beach. Well equipped kitchen beds comfortable

Bathroom needs TLC - tub stained molding around tub and on floor. Fixtures were somewhat old and tarnished. Lock to outside door wouldn’t open half the time. Had to struggle with. Pull out bed had a large strip of sand in it Refrigerator wasn’t cleaned.

Even though the decor is dated, everything seemed it was was brand new. All appliances operated well and the furniture was not worn out. Very clean. The unit pictured is not exactly how the unit we stayed in looked. We staying in Ocean Point III, not II, which brings me to the glitches. The check-in process was not easy. It was around 6pm and we couldn’t find the address, which is the Vacasa office address, not the unit. We finally found it and couldn’t get into the lockbox that held the keys with the unit information. However, the texting feature with Vacasa was very responsive right from the time of booking until discharge. They texted me through it. We finally got the lockbox opened and we drove to the unit, which then had a padlock thing on the door handle in addition to the keys. That was another obstacle to overcome as we weren’t expecting that and had to reach out again for assistance. That padlock stayed in the door handle the entire stay. It was a bit of a hindrance. The sheets were like paper, so bring your own linens. Fridge, coffee pot, Washer and dryer ran like a clock. Didn’t use the stove. Bathroom was dated but again seemed brand new because of being clean and in working condition. Okay water pressure. Checkout instructions indicated having to drop the keys off at the same place we picked them up or else be charged. The texting staff said it was okay to leave the keys, but I didn’t because I didn’t want to be charged. Also, it gave me a specific numbered parking spot, but there were no numbers on any of the parking spots. The rating would’ve been closer to perfect if it weren’t for those technical issues. It’s be nice to have a computerized lock. I would stay again.
