It was very clean and easy to locate, as well as the check in process so differing we got there almost a whole day after our original check in, they were very easy to talk to and made the check in process really easy.
We had to ask the front desk after we had already settled in for the WiFi, they didnât explain the breakfast situation, considering itâs included in your stay, we had asked them if they could fix the TV, the front desk said they would come into the room to fix it but they never stopped by, and we did need them to stop by bc the air conditioner was not working and it took over an hour of running the water in the shower to have hot water. No one stopped by and during check out they never mentioned it not did they say safe travels or anything.
