The proximity to the park entrance (less than 25 mins), near a supermarket (5 mins) and yet clearly in the country side. Very welcoming, clean and cozy.
Perhaps being so relatively new, no ventilation (A/C needed in Summer?) or screens to allow us to keep windows open if desired. Might be challenging in more extreme weather situations.

Great location- good bed. Lots of good features and facilities. Really tastefully decorated.
Old design with open plan with sky light meant that bed room was really bright from 5 am ( perhaps we did not know how to close a blind). Wifi in and out. Limited ventilation, but air conditioning negated this. We liked the washing machine facilities but did have difficulty in drying clothes in 24 hrs
