Clean apartment with a great location

A very clean apartment in a small village/town near Dobbiaco/Toblach, which gives you quick access to the roads leading to sites like Pragser Wildsee / Lago di Braies, Toblachersee / Lago di Dobbiaco, and the Drei Zinnen / Tre Crime. The apartment has two bedrooms with very comfy beds. The one bathroom is located through one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has the bare essentials for cooking and eating (plates, glasses, pans, and pots). There is parking provided both upfront and in the back of the apartment. The german-speaking staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The description does not say that the one bathroom is located through one of the bedrooms, which can be inconvenient at night and in the mornings. When we checked-in, we were greeted by an Italian-only speaking staff who was not very accommodating and did not make an effort to make us feel welcome or provide us with instructions as to check-out and sorting the trash (no seperate compartments or bags are provided despite their request that we seperate things like glass, aluminum, and compost).

Nice time in Villabassa

This is a charming town in a great location for accessing the northeastern Dolomites. The apartment had what we needed. The only bathroom is in the master bedroom; however, there is another toilet just outside the door in the hallway if needed. We enjoyed breakfast at the Adler hotel, and the many food choices in nearby Dobbiaco.

I loved our spot- not one American!!! Perfect location to hike Lake Braies- and tre Chem..... super non touristy- which I loved...

My family complained about the smell of cow.... I didn’t mind....totally authentic!

שמו לנו סדין גומי לספה של הסלון אבל לא חשבו שאין איך להציע את הסדין הזה, אין במה לתפוס ולהדק, בנוסף במקלחת החלון הוא עם זכוכית אטומה אבל בבוקר השמש כולה בפנים

Siamo stati molto bene e ritorneremo.

La struttura era come descritta, accogliente e pulita.

L’appartamento aveva il riscaldamento molto alto, forse con qualche grado di meno, potevamo evitare di aprire le finestre e inutili sprechi. Bisognerebbe inoltre che fosse più chiaro il fatto che la l’appartamento all’interno ha un solo bagno e dentro una camera da letto, perché può capitare come a noi che non eravamo una famiglia, ma due coppie di amici.
