The location is perfect for exploring Venice. Only a few steps away from busy areas with a lot of restaurants and shops, but the apartment is still on a quiet/peaceful street. You can see Gondolas passing by from the window which is great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Comminication with the host was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located apartment, perfect for our short visit to Venice. It was very spacious and had everything we needed.

We loved our stay in Venice. Nico was very helpful navigating us through transport with the public strike. The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. We were able to look out our window on the canal and see the gondolas go by. We were 10 minutes from St Mark’s square and just minutes from the grand canal, restaurants and all the fun activity. Highly recommended.

Great location beautiful little apartment
We didn’t have hot water both nights shower was dodgy and broken. We had to boil water and use tea cups and cooking pot to get hot water to have a shower
