The pool and tile has been professionally refinished!!! This private Villas has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and over 2,208 square feet of living space. 2 Master En-Suites!! Its perfect for a family or small group of friends. The Villa will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. It's located in the well known community of Solana Resort in Davenport, just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and about 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World. With a fully-equipped kitchen, beautiful living room and two dining areas, you will feel right at home. The patio door, leads out to the spacious screened in Lanai and your private pool and spa. The Villas has 5 bedrooms, 2 with King Size Beds, 1 Queen and 2 themed bedrooms for the children. Minnie Mouse is featured in one room and the Avengers are in the second room. Both rooms have 2 single beds. This Villa also features a game room witha Pool Table & Dart Board. Solana is located just southwest of Walt Disny World, just off Highway 27 between I/4 and US Highway 192 and has a gated entry. Solana has a heated community pool with hot tub, clubhouse, fitness room, minature golf, volleyball court, game room, picnic area, internet cafe, snack room, and tiki bar.
