This 4 bedroom home is conveniently located off Pioneer Trail - just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort! The wooded neighborhood provides the perfect backdrop for long summer walks and the property backs to National Forest land. The living area is on the main floor with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bath adjacent. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one with two doubles, the other with two queens and a double, and the second bath. The home is approximately 1600 square feet.
The home is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, complimentary WIFI, flatscreen tv, DVD player, washer/dryer, sunny open deck VR Permit# 073683
**A high speed Internet connection with wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.

Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.
