Poipu Palms is one of the best condo experiences on Poipu--we liked the small number of neighbors, the beautiful grounds, pool deck, upper deck, clean grill and plenty of charcoal, view of the Pacific, and the rocky coast for perfect turtle-watching. The condo itself is just how the pictures reveal--very comfortable--and we appreciated the soaps, brooms, and other cleaning supplies. It is a place to which we hope to return!

It was the perfect unit to base out of for snorkeling, hiking, boogie boarding, and sight seeing. Loved seeing whales right from our lanai and sea turtles from the pool. We used the BBQ to grill fresh fish and ate every meal on our beautiful lanai. With that said, you do need to add directions for the tv remotes and adjust checkout time to 11 or 12 pm. 10 am is too early with all the flights leaving in the evening.

The apartment is fully equipped and nicely decorated. Close to nice beaches and restaurants, and the ocean view is awesome. Only comment on cleaning is that the floor felt sticky, maybe needed an extra effort due to the proximity to ocean salty wind.

Only 12 units, so intimate with close off street parking for all. Grounds well maintained. Unit was clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen well appointed. This unit is set back so balcony has shade in morning and afternoon with wide ocean view. Unit also has beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards.
