This beautiful oceanfront home with wonderful views and private beach access is a great place to spend your beach vacation! With 4 bedrooms (2K, 2Q) each with a private bath, this home will be a restful place to enjoy Holden Beach! This home has an inverted floor plan with two living areas(one with full size sleeper sofa, downstairs living area has a 75" TV and a guest bathroom (half bath) on each floor. The second floor has a wall of windows with fantastic views of the ocean. The huge kitchen, dining room and island make for a great family gathering spot for meals, games, and fun. Grab an Adirondack chair on the top deck and take in the sun and ocean breezes or hang out on the lower covered deck and enjoy the shade. An enclosed outdoor shower and a boardwalk shower make cleaning up a breeze. Enjoy the convenience of the Smart Home keyless entry when staying in this lovely home.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.
