Welcome to Sand N Suds! On the city line of Holmes Beach and the city of Anna Maria and a short walk to the beach, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage home is situated on a spacious corner lot surrounded by lush tropical landscapes for a great deal of privacy. Sand N Suds uses the White Avenue beach access. White Avenue is considered a 'north end beach.' There are plenty of beach items and a cart to make the day at the beach a fun filled adventure! The fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
There are three parking spaces reserved for use during your stay at Sand N Suds.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
