This 4500sq. ft. beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, kitchenette and a game room. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably.

The house is located in a very safe location! It's completely private and fenced in. You are walking distance from Walmart, hospital, banks, restaurants and bars. The house is only 15 mins from downtown Bourbon Street.  If you do not have your own transportation, then Uber, Taxi, or public transportation will be an alternative.  Also, Enterprise car rental is only 3 blocks away from the property.

Come and experience our amazing city.  It's full of fun, excitement, delicious food and great places to see and visit. You can experience some of our many festivals,  Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Essence Fest, Voodoo Fest and many more.  You can also visit our world famous French Quarters, Museums, Plantation Homes, Swamp Tours, Casinos, Parks and River Boat Cruises.

Come to the worlds'  largest party, the Mardi Gras.  It's  unbelievable!!  Bring your family and friends.  They will love you for doing so. 

House, Bedrooms, electronics and more:

1.  King Size Bed Room , Upstairs ( BR A) - Sanyo TV, Sanyo DVD player. This room has a view of the  lake.

2.   Master bedroom ---- upstairs    -----  King size bed  , full size sofa sleeper, and a  Day bed,   Vizio TV , Cox Cable, remote fireplace , emergency kit, Covid-19 kit, hair dryer, sewing kit and an extra set of bed linens.  It also includes a Full size bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, standalone shower, double vanity sink, and a makeup station.  This room leads out onto the upstairs balcony overlooking the pool.

3.   Double Bedroom, upstairs (BR D) - This room has 2 queen size beds and Seiki TV.  This room leads out onto the upstairs balcony overlooking the pool.

 or  Queen Size Bedroom ( BR E) - This room is located downstairs  near the Livingroom and front door.  Has a Seiki TV.

Bathrooms:

1. Bathroom one - Upstairs bathroom located  at the end of the hall near the double bedroom.  It has a walk in shower and  double vanity sink.  Provided are  a variety sizes of towels, soap, tissue, hand soap, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, iron / ironing board and fire extinguisher.

2. Bathroom two - Upstairs bathroom located in bedroom C. Description as stated above.

3.  Bathroom three - Located downstairs in the foyer, includes a sink and a toilet.  Provided are hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

Livingroom: 

This room has lots of seating.  Has a large TV ; and  overlooks the swimming pool and lake. 

Dining Room:                                                        

Dining room table seats eight.  It's located in the front of the house near the kitchen.   Table clothes and mats available.

Kitchen:

Dishwasher, Microwave, single use and multi-use coffee pots, many small appliances, a variety of pots and pans. silverware , flatware and a fire extinguisher.

Laundry Room:

Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

 High Speed internet and computer work station.

Outside:

1.  Five car driveway

2.  Swimming pool 

3.  Many sitting and lounging areas around the swimming pool.

4.  Outdoor TV with cable around the pool.

5.  Stereo around the pool

6.  On the left side of the house ---------Outdoor bar and  grilling area.  Provided are   propane and charcoal grills, smoker cooker, several  ice chests.  Propane and charcoal provided at a cost upon request.

7.  Pool table  with pool sticks and balls.

8.  Games:  Stand up Pac Man machine, official slot machine, and a stand up Legends Ultimate game with over two hundred games.

9.  Outdoor TV with cable that you can view while at the outdoor bar.

On the Gazebo:

Great seating area to watch the birds or just relax around the lake.   Lots of tables and chairs, exercise equipment and fishing poles.  Fishing bait provided at a cost upon request. 

I just love this house and this  city; and I just know you will  also.  

 It's very easy and convenient to get to wherever   you need to go to  in this city,  from this property and back here to serenity.

* PLEASE NOTE: Ms. Pat, the owner of the house lives in the pool house which shares a wall with the main house. It's a separate residence with its own living space, kitchen and bathroom. She's hardly visible to guests and is very quiet.
