A central location, year-round outdoor hot tubs, and fireplaces will enhance your stay in Beaver Creek Resort. Townsend Place is Colorado's condominium of choice within the gates of spectacular Beaver Creek Resort at a vacation value!

This condo is perfect for a family looking to enjoy all the benefits of being right in Beaver Creek Village with the peace and coziness of a hideaway condo. With a king bed & private bathroom in the master, 2 twin beds with an adjoining bathroom in the second bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa, everyone has space to relax after a great day on the mountain. The condo includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and ample pantry and counter space. Additionally, guests can enjoy meals in the formal dining area or on the private balcony surrounded by Colorado views.

Shared hot tub on-site. Guests of Townsend Place can use the pool and gym at the Osprey or Pines Hotel.
