Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

We have stayed at this condo before. Our family has a reunion every year in Surf Side Beach so we have many family members near us staying for the week. We like the closeness of the beach with a great access. Always enjoy Pawleys Island and Brook Green Gardens.

I had an enjoyabe stay at this condo. It was very much like it was advertised. Very quaint and convenient to everything. Also enjoyed the quiet setting with the balcony and view of the pond.
