The guest living area can be closed off to the main area, making it a private suite of its own. Other amenities in the unit include a full kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer, cable TV and free, reliable WIFI.

Amelia by the Sea is a secure, gated community with open parking (two vehicles per unit). The expansive 800 foot pier is private to our guests, with no fishing license required. Centrally located on Amelia Island, which is consistently rated as one of the top US islands to visit, you are just minutes away from the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch State Park and many other attractions, activities, parks, spas and fine dining restaurants. A favorite local restaurant serving lunch and dinner is located directly across the street and offers an array of fresh foods and island favorites, including homemade ice cream and smoothies. We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
