Venice Beach duplex retreat - sleeps 10

Combining modern and traditional elements, the 2nd story architectural masterpiece home has four bedrooms. 

This beautiful property is a new home on the 2nd floor is for 4 people however, additional people can be added at a fee.. Each unit has a separate entrances as well as separate private yards/decks. This 2nd story rental home sits 4 feet above the 1st floor house, which creates a soundproof barrier. 

There are multiple windows, large sliding doors and skylights, making for an incredibly airy feeling. The open space with a custom island/dining table is great for entertaining, connecting you to multiple decks with stereo speakers, picnic bench and barbecue for your outdoor dining pleasure. 

There is an extra-large roof top deck with endless views and outdoor furnishings, as well as a fire pit. 

This home features high ceilings, a gorgeous master suite that has a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, private deck, and much more.

There are flat screen TVs in every room, multiple fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, wireless internet, satellite HDTV, wood floors, large roof decks/multiple patio decks, and private outdoor entertaining areas with barbecues.

Pets: Considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee.

Parking: This home is located on a dead end street with free street parking up and down the street.

Bed Layout:  (sleeps total of 8)

 4 bedrooms

Master Suite:  King Bed  (sleeps up to 2)

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen air bed (sleeps up to 2)

Bedroom 1: Queen air bed  (sleeps up to 2)

Bedroom 4 / Loft: 1 Futon (Sleeps up to 2)

This is not a Party House: Parties are not allowed for reasons including but not limited to small gatherings, loud music, loud voices/yelling, smoking (only outside), disturbing the neighbors and injury. Small gatherings may be OK with prior permission from the owner and all guest must be considerate of the neighbors. 

Smoking is allowed on the decks only 

No unpaid visitors/guests allowed on the property.  

Dogs , cats and additional guests: Considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee($35 per night).

Check-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm. 

Check-out time is at 10am.  Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late check-outs.  One of our associates will meet you at the property for a required inspection upon check-out.
