Manuel was an excellent host for our first trip to Belize. He made sure we had what we needed, small issues were resolved in a timely manner and his suggestions for restaurants & activities were first-rate. When I emailed a question about the distance to the beach, I was sent a video that illustrated the proximity! As a matter of fact, all of my questions were answered very promptly by either Red Awning or Paradise Management. The property exceeded expectations and matched the pictures on the website. The kitchen was stocked with almost every utensil one would have at home, the beds were comfortable and the view from nearly every room was breath-taking. We chose to utilize the shuttle provided by Indigo, and I'm glad we did! There was a complimentary stop at the grocery store and we purchased items we thought we might need to "tide us over" until we could explore for ourselves. If we had known that bottled water was provided by Indigo, we wouldn't have purchased water at the grocer. However, that's the worst thing I can say about my time at Indigo, part of Paradise Management Group.
