It’s hard to beat the splendor and value that you’ll find in Sandpiper Cove 9107. This three bedroom/two bathroom condo has it all and is Pet Friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. The living room is home to a big screen wall mounted UHDTV, two comfortable chairs, and a large plush couch that doubles as a Sofa Sleeper to sleep those extra guests. The large, open kitchen has all the new full-size appliances and all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The dining area is home to a large square table that sits 8 in style and luxury with room to spare, while the kitchen’s bar can seat three additional guest with effortlessness. The Master bedroom has a HDTV flat screen TV and a large King bed with a sliding glass door leading to its own private patio area. The master bathroom is also very spacious and is private to the bedroom. The first Guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a wall mounted TV, while the second Guest bedroom has Twin bunk bed and a Full bunk bed and a wall mounted TV as well. The Guest bedrooms share a connected bathroom, while the second Guest bedroom also has its own private sink. Both bedrooms have Blu-Ray players. The large covered patio can be accessed through the living room’s sliding glass door and is home to a full size outdoor table and seating to enjoy an open-air meal or just to relax in the Florida sun. The condo also has its own washer and dryer combo that is free to use, and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access.

This condo was an excellent choice. The rental company was very helpful. Called us twice on the way down and the lockbox instructions was very clear. The condo was spacious and clean. Its patio doors opened to a grassy area for our 10 pound poodle. It was literally 2 minute walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. The patio doors in the bedroom were not sealed properly and hot air came in which made the bedroom hot every night but it didn't ruin our trip. We would definitely rent again.
