This 3 bedroom condo has an unbelievable view of the pool and deck area of this new ultra modern condominium complex .A breath taking view from the master suite and the living room is a great way to start the day watching the sun come up over the ocean. A breath taking view as the sun sets over the bay on your 'Bay balcony' with outdoor Grill is just as grand. The master bedroom features a king bed, a full bed is in the second bedroom and a full trundle bed is in the third bedroom. Professionally decorated in a 'Contemporary Beach' type style, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality time.

The Sapphire Spa features great treatment options and the very friendly staff makes a visit a true relaxing experience at reasonable prices.
The great part of this complex are the resort amenities! A 24 seat home theater is also available for your pleasure. There are nightly movies played at 7 pm. he football field long pool is a eye opening treat!! Several cabanas (extra fee) are available for 1/2 day & full day rent. Cozy loungers circle the pool with high and low spots to wade or swim.

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
