Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home offering hard-to-find lodging and privacy on 8 acres with 1800 feet of lakeshore bordered by the Chequamegon National Forest in Northern Wisconsin. This secluded, gated getaway is on Taylor Lake, a 100-acre lake with public boat landing, only a mile from Lake Namakagon. The rental home has a picnic table, gas grill, 64-foot dock with bench seat and swimming ladder. Wander the 8 acres or watch the nesting eagles from the living room or explore relatively undeveloped Taylor Lake.
The two-level rental home has a knotty pine interior and cathedral ceiling opening to a loft with a nice sitting room, bathroom and large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a rollaway. There are ceiling fans throughout the vacation home and a washer/dryer.
The main floor consists of open living room with views of the lake, wood burning stove and sofa sleeper. Enjoy the view from the large, screen front porch or the walkout deck. Newer kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and full-sized refrigerator. In the kitchen you have a drip coffeemaker. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two bathrooms.
This home is truly a wonderful escape in the woods. If you are seeking larger waters, Lake Namakagon is only a few minutes away, but you might find that once you get here, you may not want to wander too far from this comfortable retreat.
**Pontoons, kayaks, and paddleboards can be rented as an add on during your stay!**
*We have been working with the Department of Health and have new cleaning standards and procedures for all our Cabins. On each bed we will provide sheets, pillow and pillowcase and blankets, you will need to bring your own towels and soaps.

Very nice house that was as good as advertised. The house was clean and well kept. Lots of amenities and plenty of room. It is almost like having a private lake. Fishing was good and enjoyable. We were also close to Lake Namekagon for a much bigger body of water and expanded fishing, dining, and social opportunities. We had a great time- except for the mosquitoes which were very bad unless you were on the water.

The property was secluded which was very nice. The house had plenty of room for 8 adults. Two things that I didn't realize was there was no a/c and no cell service. Thank goodness it wasn't too hot during our stay and they have internet. Fishing was good even though the lake is small. The kitchen had everything that we forgot to bring along. Great getaway!
