Vacation bliss at the newly 2025 renovated Minnow 1! This property is a ground level duplex and perfect for a long weekend or short stay! The beautiful and tastefully decorated beach studio has wood flooring throughout and offers a secluded and private screened in lanai. Minnow 1 features a separate bedroom and bathroom but no full kitchen. The studio amenities include a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink and a kitchenette console with microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and silverware. Enjoy a light breakfast or lunch and spend your evenings exploring the restaurants on the Island. It is only a short stroll over to the beautiful white sandy beaches.
Grab your favorite person and enjoy time together! This is just the perfect little spot for a fabulous Anna Maria Island vacation getaway! If you have more people in your party consider renting Minnow 2 which is the other half of the duplex.

There is one designated parking spaces for Minnow 1.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
