• Optional Pool Heat (minimum of 5 days), temperature is set 85°F and 89°F.
We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case)
This is optional and may not be available at times.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill.
If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
