Beautifully decorated 4th floor, with elevator 3BR, 2BA condo, directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the World Famous Captain Dave's restaurant and the newly opened Sandos Coffee shop is on site! This gorgeous three bedroom over-sized condo has floor to ceiling windows in the den and dining area which makes for great views! there is also a balcony off the dining area for your morning coffee. Scenic Gulf Drive is the place to be!
If you're looking for some R & R, then "Patti's Place" is perfect for you. This condo is directly across from the beach, within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, steps to walking and bike trails and just a short drive to the Outlet Mall, and all Destin and 30! have to offer.
This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for a family and comfortably sleeps 8. Nice view of the pool and grill area from the balcony. The primary bedroom offers a mid-century King bed and bath with walk in shower and open closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and two twin beds are in the third bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the den.
Updated kitchen with all modern appliances and ceramic tile floors. Fully equipped for a quick lunch on the go or ready to prepare a dinner for the family.

We had a great experience at Patti’s Place. The condo was beautiful and close to the beach. It’s just a short walk across the street and this area of beaches are private to the vacation rentals so it was less crowded than the places with public access. Make sure you’re entering the gate with the rental property name listed or your code won’t work, haha. Our directions said go to the street and enter the gate on the left so we walked to the crosswalk to the left and kept trying to enter the gate directly in front of the cross walk, that was not the correct gate and caused us issues. So, if you use the crosswalk to the left follow the sidewalk back down to the right and enter the correct gate. The beach is gorgeous!
The mattresses could be updated as they were not very comfortable and it would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to have the facility laundry room close by in order to wash bath linens everyday. Management was quick to respond with any issues. There is an abundance of restaurants and stores near by; great location!
