This 2100sf, corner condo is perfectly located for you to enjoy Orlando’s attractions. Just minutes from all the parks, restaurants and world class shopping and only12 miles from the airport! It is also walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center.
Guests will have full use of all the resort facilities. Our condo is just a 3 minute stroll to the main heated resort pool and clubhouse and 2 minute walk to a large supermarket (Publix), a drug store, shops and casual restaurants.
The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a huge sectional seating area, 50” HDTV and large dining area.
The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area.
Beyond the living area is a furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.
There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite with king size bed with brand new Beauty Rest pillow top mattress, a 37” HDTV and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and screen WC.
The guest suite has a king in one bedroom (also brand new mattress) and two twins in the other with flat screen TVs. There is also a full family bathroom.
An office desk and printer plus a queen sofa bed for additional guests are in the cosy den.
A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer means you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for outlet shopping!
The condo is air conditioned with Free lightning speed, secure wifi, free local and North America calls plus a premium TV package with 250 channels.
There is ample free, secured parking in front of the building.
Within our fully air conditioned club house you will find a movie theatre, gym and games room.
A large, heated resort pool is surrounded by a multilevel deck, kids splash pool, and a full-service Tiki Bar. A resort-sized Jacuzzi tub is adjacent to the pool.
If you prefer a peaceful stroll or early morning jog, we have a landscaped lakeside path.
Management is on-site and always available to help in any way before or during your stay.
