Villa Giovanna is on the Gulf of Castellammare, in the tourist seaside of Alcamo called Alcamo Marina, about 250 meter from the sea, about 6 Km from the town of Alcamo, only 5 minutes from motorway and 30 Km from Palermo Airport

Spędziliśmy krótki, rodzinny urlop na Sycylii. Ponieważ chcieliśmy swój czas podzielić pomiędzy aktywne zwiedzanie i leniwe plażowanie, wybrany apartament w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania . Miejsce (Alcamo Marina) jest dogodną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania największych atrakcji północno-zachodniej części wyspy. Bliskość morza pozwala na poranne i wieczorne kąpiele. Sam apartament był czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Z dużego tarasu roztacza się piękny widok na morze. Miły, pomocny gospodarz Mario dopełnia reszty.
Polecamy i chętnie powrócimy.

bonne location mais bruyante...on a eu 2 soirées très bruyantes...
certes anniversaires mais quand on a des locataires en dessous on fait attention et on respecte....dommage car bonne location et situation...

Positiv empfanden wir die Lage mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Sandstrand und die naheliegenden Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie Palermo, Segesta und Selinunte, die wir an den Tagen mit starkem Wind und Wellen besuchten.
Negativ, aber zu dem Preis vertretbar, war die Dünnwandigkeit des Gebäudes, die nicht sehr effektive Klimaanlage und eine fehlende Aussendusche (wenn man voll Sand vom Strand kommt). Auch, dass eines der drei Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster ist, bleibt anzumerken.
Der Vermieter war nett und kommunikativ, insgesamt positiv was Lage und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis angeht.
