This comfortable 1-bedroom condo with an enclosed loft and 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to six guests and is ideally located near the free shuttle, perfect for easy access to the Mountain during the winter months. You’ll also be close to shops, restaurants, the new ice rink, recreation center, bowling alley and scenic walking and biking trails. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy wood-burning stove. The living room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and WiFi, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, while the loft includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom bunk, along with a flat-screen TV/DVD, ideal for families or groups. The complex amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool (summer only), BBQ grill, Jacuzzi, tennis court and outdoor parking. The property is also located on the Green Shuttle Line for added convenience. There are grassy areas nearby where kids can play and enjoy the outdoors. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy amenities such as an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. In the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided with two parking passes. My only recommendation is to get a bigger TV. They are fairly cheap now and being able to watch a movie at night is a common expectation for guests. That TV is tiny for that corner space. A smart TV would also allow guests to access their own accounts on Netflix etc.
Also the knives in the kitchen are virtually unusable for anyone expecting to actually cook a meal. A new set in there would be much appreciated for the next guests. Just sayin

Vacation was awesome but the condo needs some work, many of the Appliances need to be replaced, also there was a bad moth problem inside condo

Our rental experience overall was good. The unit was clean, warm & convenient. However, there are maintenance problems that need to be fixed. The shower in the primary bathroom was not working properly. The sink was very slow to drain. The shades in the living room was broken. Overall, the unit needs some updating and maintenance.
