First off we didn't have wifi, which is one of the things that i asked for. The hot-tub didn't heat up past 101. There was dust on curtains and on baseboards. The did do an another pass to ripleys. But that didn't pay for the for us having to use our phone for internet.

I will be fair, the cabin was clean and didnt smell. The cabin has issues that need to be addressed like the leaking gas cylinder on the grill or the "fire place" that's actually a electric fake fireplace that can barely be turned on due to the terrible front glass. Also, only some of the jets in the hot tub work. A couple last items, the microwave front panel moves when you try and use it and the cabin has a updated tv in the den that is mounted on the ugliest rigged up mount that I was afraid would fall and I would be liable. Normal repairs that a rental should have done but haven't been mad me somewhat frustrated. After all I want to stay at a place that's better than mine at the price I am paying.

This trip was for our one year wedding anniversary. We have visited Tennessee three times in the past two years and this was by far the worst cabin we have stayed at. The bedroom carpet was COVERED in pet stains. The whirlpool tub did not work, we called maintenance to fix the issue and it was never fixed. Maintenance did come out and advise they would be back later in the day with the needed part, no one ever came back or contacted us to tell us they could not fix the issue. We called the rental company for instructions to work the fireplace, no instructions were left, and no one ever got back to us with help. The bed was hard as a rock and was very noisy. The toaster in the cabin was broken. Also, they left a broken microwave in the cabin hanging over the stove. The rental company has an app to assist you with your travel information, they include such things as: date of say, location of cabin, check out instructions, visitor information. However, the app, or emails from the company do not explain the check in process. We looked through all our emails and their app and couldn’t find any information about; when we could check-in, where we needed to go to check-in, or anything at all about checking-in to the property. Overall, for the money we spent, and our previous experiences with cabin rentals in the area, we do not feel we got our money’s worth. I would not recommend this cabin or this rental company to anyone.

Nice place, ample room for two people; we enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the sauna. Two things to note: more lighting is needed in the kitchen area; the main highway in the backyard was unexpected. We had been told that it was a secluded cabin... not exactly true.
