Luxury ski-in/ski-out condo in Canyons Village

Stacked w/d were not made to be stacked- dryer controls were hard to reach and read, doors opened in different directions; Freezer door would not stay closed, we had to prop a chair in front of it; This unit had only 4 hooks and plenty of empty wall space- for a ski unit, it needs a LOT more hooks /cubbies to be functional; the unit had blackout shades EXCEPT for the patio door which let a lot of light in the main area where the pull out couch is and made it very difficult to sleep (and negated the value of the black out shade in the window next to it). The Pocket door near the laundry area was non- functional. Because it was a flat door, there was nowhere to grab and use for leverage to open/close it except for the small hardware piece which did not provide enough leverage for a door of that height/weight. The unit needs additional towel/robe bars/hooks in the bathroom. The unit was heated to 72 when we arrived which is too warm for winter months and was just wasting energy. I would suggest a default setting of 68. We enjoyed the functionality of the many outlets/charging outlets near beds. Happy that the closets included many hangers and that there was plenty of drawer space. The walls could have used a bit more artwork- there was a lot of blank wall space. A bedroom with 2 twin beds instead of 1 king would have been more functional for families. There were no shower/bath mats available in the bathrooms and only had hand towels available to use for that purpose which is not very safe as they are small and slide around. Having a mirror in the bedrooms would be more functional. Ski valet, workout room, pool area were very nice features. Location was great.
